⭐️ One Skillet, One Budget-Friendly Dinner (Taco Spaghetti!)

Classic Family Recipes for Everyday Life

Hi Reader,

So I have to tell you about this dinner I've been making on repeat: Taco Spaghetti. Taco night and spaghetti night cook together in one skillet, noodles and all, so there's just one pan to wash when dinner's done.

It was a big hit with my kids, and the inspiration came from my easy sausage pasta, a recipe I make a lot for busy weeknights. I swapped in ground sausage here too. It's cheaper by the pound and brings a lot more flavor, no extra effort required. Ready in about 35 minutes.

I use a 6 quart skillet to make this recipe from start to finish. If you don't have a skillet, a stockpot will work just as well.

I hope one of these becomes a regular in your dinner lineup, just like Taco Spaghetti has in mine.
